So I have decided to make some modifications on my diet. I know I know I shouldn’t deviate. But I have been reading this article and that article about how dangerous and unhealthy this diet it. I know when I was calorie counting I read a lot about how if you bring your calorie intake too low it will slow down your metabolism. I know some people say the lemons and ceyenne will make your metabolism boost. But I know my doctor told me not to go below 1200 calories. And I am just a boob. I want to eat. It is normal to eat. So here is my new method.
2 egg
2 pcs of fat free bacon for breakfast =
210 calories
Lunch:
24 oz of the lemonade diet mix
Snack:
Grilled cheese sandwhich or some sort of low fat sandwhich
2 pcs bread : 110 caloires
2 slices fat free cheese: 80 calories
or 2 slices of honey ham 140 calories =
190 to 250 calories
Dinner:
Something sensible with only 500 calories and make sure I eat a salad
This brings me to 1000 – 1100 calories a day.
Then when I exercise for at least 40 mins a day that will burn about 350 calories so I will total 650 – 750. So I may need to add a another snack. But at a 12oo calorie diet. Wait okay normally I need 2200 calorie intake. With the exercising I need 2500 or so calories. So a 1200 cal diet will give me a 1300 calorie deficiency. This means it will take me roughly a month to lose 10lbs.
I am not feeling only 600 calories a day. I ate a small chicken wing today.(110 calories 7 grams of fat for those who are wondering.) Nothing major. I ate it and stopped eating. So I have cheated. But I am going to make my own diet. This not eating is cool. But if I am only getting 600 – 1000 calories a day. It is going to be hard to keep the weight off. Once I stop detoxing the water weight will come back.

So I thinking of whether or not I should resume. I don’t believe that you have to start over baloney. You are just told that to scare you. JMHO. I will go to sleep and wake up and see what I feel. I don’t think 110 calories ( I only had 600 calories all day so that makes it 710 calories) and 7 grams of fat will make or break my diet. I need at least 47 grams of fat per day. I had 7. I still need 40. So there is plenty of fat that my body needs to burn today.

Why are we amazed that most of the population is overweight. 6-11 serving os bread or pasta or rice? That means 2-5 servings per meal. Then we need 2- 3 servings of milk and meat. How am I supposed to lose weight? Most foods have at least 100 calories (with the exception of fruits and few things that you eat in 2s like eggs and bacon which are higher in fat than most foods) So I am between 600-1000 calories just with the bread group. Add another 400-600 for the milk and meat group. And this assumes, as we all know is false, that items in the meat group normally have more than 100 calories. So we are at 1000-1600 calories before the reality of how many calories are in each food is applied. Then we add flavor because who wants to eat just plain bread? How about noodles plain? It is easy to get to 2000 calories fast.
So we have to create calorie deficiencies, which in turn, create nutrition deficiencies. But I am going to make this work. If I can lose 2 lbs a week. I am happy. That puts me at a 1000 calorie deficiency. That equals 2 lbs a week or more if you include exercise.
I am going to get it.
