Got My Tummy Tuck!!

So I finally got my tummy tuck and I am so excited. I met with Dr James Mc Mahan in July. He was one of the few plastic surgeons who offered a free consultation. Most of them wanted 100 or more dollars and I was so not going to pay them 100 to speak to them. I felt like I am interviewing you. If you can sell your services then I will purchase my services from you. So we met with Mc Mahan and loved him. He has over 20 years experience and my bestfriend’s aunt had her abdominaplasty with him too.

So after the initial consultation we talked about. I had only wanted liposuction, but they said I needed a tummy tuck because my ab muscles had been moved due to my previous pregnancies. So after we talked, I decided to get it. I had to quit smoking so they gave me some Chantix. Let me tell you this. It works. Now, I did relapse a few times, but it has been over a week since I had a cigarette. It works wonders.

So I got my tummy tuck on Sept 15th 2009. Got their around 7:30am. They did a pregnancy test on me and then I got undressed. Noting fancy or scary. Then my anesthesiologist came in a spoke to me. We were doing general anesthesia. Then Dr. McMahan came in and drew on my tummy and off we went. I woke up few hours later. Then I rode home.

It is offical my tummy is flat! Woo hoo!
